How is the convention organised?
Each day of the convention is divided into four blocks
of three hours starting at 9.00am, 12:30pm, 4.00pm and 7.30pm.
Each game session is scheduled to run for two and a half hours from the start
of that block, leaving either half an hour or a full hour between playing sessions
to get from one game to the next, get something to eat, or just socialise and
catch your breath.

You need to register with CONQUEST in order to participate and
even just to attend the venue (legal/insurance stuff).
If you are a player you must confirm your registration with each game or event
organiser
before the event is scheduled to commence.
If you do not, the game or event organiser may fill your place with someone
else in order to be able to run the game or event.
If you are registering as a team for a game or event, it would
be appreciated if one member of the team can attend during registration on
Friday so that the game or event organiser can properly allocate their GMs.
If you do not register a full team, the game or event organiser will allocate
individuals to complete the team for the session.
Please be
aware that you may miss out on participating in a game or event due to too
many players registering for a session or a game or event
being cancelled.
Every effort will be made to book you into every gameor event you wish to
participate in.
If you miss out on being a part of a game or event you have registered and
paid for, you may be able to participate in another or get a refund.
Please enquire at the Registration Desk at the convention to arrange this.
In the case of "Get Wrecked" a single session refund is not available.
More information is available through REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
You will be required to meet with the games or event organiser
at the start of the session at the table for that game or event in the Registration
Hall.
Each session of a game or event is run by a Games Master (referred
to as GMs).
For your session, the game or event organiser will allocate a GM and you will be told in which room your session will be held.
The details of games/events given on this website (under THE GAMES), on the CONQUEST flyer and Player Information Booklet are as follows:
Most games/events carry a rating from 0 (unnecessary) to 5 (critical) in the following categories:

Trophies and/or certificates are awarded for many games or events.
Selection criteria for these awards are left to the discretion of individual
game or
event organisers.
Although awards are given for most events, the emphasis at CONQUEST is on enjoyment,
not purely 'winning'.
Where game retailers or companies generously sponsor games or events,
other prizes may also
be awarded.
